So we all got caught up in the commotion and watched the Christmas parade.

Or hid under the brochure seeking shade

There was dancing in the street,
and magical beasts.
Crawly things,
and things with wings.
Surfing pandas,
and drummer bands,
We saw a great big sock.
and this nasty lot.
Father Christmas is officially in town....and its not even December!
The Adelaide Credit Union Christmas Pageant takes place at 9.30am on the 2nd Saturday of November every year through the streets of the city centre.

What a lovely parade! I bet all the kids imagined that big stocking was full all the way to the bottom with presents (I did).
Poor Santa must have been hot though.
This certainly brings back memories. In your Drummer Bands picture in the background there is a little boy? who is trying to do handstands, either that or has just fallen out of the sky!
I'm not ready for Christmas yet CF!
The winter months went really slowly but when Spring arrived time sped up and now Summer is just around the corner.
Slow down time, I want to cherish the warm days, not fly through them!
Looks like it was a wonderful parade and I know for a fact that all kids love parades.
Warmest hugs
